Farmer Fizz is an experimental play on a partial piquette that changes with the vintage. The current bottling is a blend of piquette of Cab Sauv, hybrid red (De Chaunac, Baco Noir and Léon Millot) and Carbonic Cab Franc. The idea is a sparkling low alcohol red that’s fun, funky and fizzy.
