Ambient fermentation in neutral French barrels and lees stirred bi monthly during elevage. Bright, textured and fresh with subtle depth. 40 cases produced.
2024 little sparrow

This energetic blend connects to the symbolism of the sparrow. It is about unity, simplicity, community and joy. A medium bodied, lifted red blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc and 25% Merlot. 90 cases produced.

Ambient fermentation with about 15% whole cluster inclusion. Aged in neutral French barrels and stirred regularly. Bottled unfined/unfiltered. 47 cases produced.
Farmer Fiz

Farmer Fizz is an experimental play on a partial piquette that changes with the vintage. The current bottling is a blend of piquette of Cab Sauv, hybrid red (De Chaunac, Baco Noir and Léon Millot) and Carbonic Cab Franc. A sparkling low alcohol red that’s fun, funky and fizzy.
